I have purchased this as a sample dress for my barn wedding but I have to big of a bust for it and decided to get different dress. paid price $779. Never wore the dress, it still has all tags attached and never been altered. I chose this dress because I thought it was elegant and classic, without being too incredibly formal. I love the Edwardian lace, and the vintage look! My absolute favorite thing about this dress is the brush train, and has a lovely weight to it. The lace detail on this part of the dress is really gorgeous, and the photos don’t quite capture it. The colors of the two types of lace vary slightly, from almost white (the finer, under layer of lace) to ivory (the flower detail lace). The dress is lined with two viscose slips. One is attached to the dress and hangs below the knees, but because it does not fall to the ankles, it allows more light to show through the lace (which means the details of the lace are more visible). The second slip is about knee length and separate from the rest of the dress.

On closer look, she realized that the gown was made from original Edwardian lace, which had been transformed for the new era. Needless to say, she took great pleasure in reimagining the fabric once again, as this stunning lace and embroidered gown. Side zip. Nylon; viscose lining. Imported.
