Gorgeous Cassia gown in a size 12 that has been altered. The top was taken in, but the waist left the same. I'm 5'4, and wore 1 inch heels, so it was altered to fit that height. I weigh 140lbs. There were also breast cups sewn in to help define the waist. This gown is absolutely beautiful!
