Beautiful Fit and Flare Satin Crepe Wedding Dress with Plunging Neckline
I live in NYC and it TOOK ME AGES to find this dream dress. Every other shop I went to had similar silhouettes but not the right fabric or the right cut. This dress feels luxurious - classic but modern, sexy but demure, timeless and elegant!
I loved wearing this dress for our Central Park, NYC wedding but as I spent months trying to find this dress and paid full price - I am hoping to give back to someone else in my shoes and can love it as much as I did!
Carol Hannah has outdone herself with this fit and flare plunge in stretch satin crepe which includes her signature fluid movement train. I have never felt so confident or so slender in my entire life. The dress itself is incredible and includes a custom bustle (multiple ties) for complete peace of mind during the dancing portion of the night. I also added decorative satin buttons down the back to add to the stunning square low back cut as well as cups so no need to wear a bra. Still includes a very secure zipper close so no need to worry about a crochet hook - extremely easy in and out! Never received so many "stunning" compliments on a dress.
Alterations: I purchased this dress from Carol Hannah directly and paid for their in-house alterations service. The fit was pretty much perfect so the only alterations were the strap length (the dress came from the atelier with the straps unattached) and a trim off of the bottom which should fit many as I am very tall and hemmed it to 5'10''.
Condition: I already brought this dress in for a professional cleaning ($500) and it looks absolutely perfect, good as new!
