DETAILS: This dress features a deep v neck line with scalloped lace edging. Open all lace back connects the stunning detailed shoulders and waist. Each flower and petal on the shoulder and waist contains a beautiful sparkling gem - for subtle bling. This dress is simplicity and elegance with pops of unique flare. Soft lace cap sleeve, which could be easily removed or pinned back, complete the details. The dress is four layers and fully lined with satin for comfort. The inner layer is satin lined in nude, completed with an external layer of nude satin. Over top is a beautiful layer of modern lace, followed by a split front layer of soft tool. The lace, tool, and ivory are all in a soft ivory white. DRESS STORY: I ended up wearing a family dress, but regret my choice as this dress is perfection. It has been kept in it's original dress bag and never worn or altered. This is NOT Catherine Deane for BHLDN - this is from her beautiful upscale french label. FIT: This dress would fit MANY body shapes and size. It is constructed in such a way that alterations are easy, see photos of the lining. I'm large chested and my seamstress was going to sew in bra cups. Girls with a smaller chest could easily bring pull up the bust at the shoulder for a perfect fit. This is a dress size 10 but fits like an 8. The flowing style means there is plenty of room in the hips. This gentle edges could easily be trimmed for a shorter bride.
