Beautiful (and extremely flattering) empire waist dress from BHLDN by THEIA. Ivory (off-white) stretch V-neck crepe top with a full Spanish tulle skirt and beautiful satin waistband. I had the length shortened to fit my 5'4", 130lb frame and there was plenty of fabric left to cover my 1" heels (and then some). No alterations were done to the top (I am a 34B). It has been professionally cleaned- no stains/ damage/ etc. and it includes original BHLDN garment bag.
