I purchased this dress at a BHLDN sample sale! It's really really lovely, but I ended up going in a different direction as I really wanted off shoulder sleeves. My asking price is what I paid and just to make things easier, I'll just cover the shipping. The retail of the dress is $1600. It's currently on the BHLDN site for $1100 but sold out in this size:
Please note:
- Dress was a sample, and is dirty at the hemline and at the zipper - especially at the zipper (I have a photo of this). It will need to be dry cleaned.
- The zipper looks intact, but it kind of catches - it may need to be replaced or repaired. I've been able to zip it when I got help from someone else, but it takes some effort.
- I noticed a small tear in the lace overlay on the right shoulder. The lace itself isn't ripped - I think the thread where two pieces of lace were sewn down came loose. It's a super easy fix.
- If you look really closely, there are some snags in the lace and lining. I don't think anyone would actually notice. General sample dress damage :(
- It's a size 6, but fits like a pretty typical size 4. I wear size 4 in almost everything and I wouldn't need to alter this. The pictures of me in the fitting room are the actual dress.
- I am 5'6 and could get away with not altering the length if I wore 4" heels, so the max height w/heels is probably somewhere around 5'10 - 5'11.
