BHLDN Elisha Gown Chic unclassified dresses

This is a lovely BHLDN sample dress that I bought at Anthropologie. I brought this home, tried it on again and realized this isn't the perfect dress for me but may be for someone else. It has signs of wear as it was a sample dress. Upon inspection when I brought it home I noticed part of the seams came loose in the inner shell along with a small seam near the armpit, a couple of loose button holders, and a sad missing button head. I took pictures of all the wear but this dress just needs a little TLC from a seamstress.  Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
