This listing is for the dress as-is. It was altered by a high-end tailor for someone who is quite petite - I am 5'2" and wore flat shoes for my wedding.
Selling for such a low price because: the tulle has a few barely-noticable pulls (shown in photos) and back is missing one button. BHLDN does not provide replacement buttons, so you would have to buy a full set and have them put on - my dry cleaner estimated $12 for the buttons, $30 to sew them on.
